David joined the board of Unique World Group in May, 2001 as chairman of the board. David has extensive experience in finance and investment banking with a particular focus on aircraft, shipping, rolling stock, information technology and telecommunications financing.

Eddie Geller

Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unique World Group, Eddie drives the company's vision and strategy whilst strengthening Unique World's leadership in delivering world-class products and solutions to clients. Eddie has been instrumental in Unique World’s success over the years and is an active participant in the IT industry. Eddie is a director of the AIIA, a member of the AIIA NSW Committee and Chairman of the NSW.NET ICT Cluster.

Elon Aizenstros

Non Executive Director
Elon is the Managing Director of RecordPoint Software, an Australian based software vendor focused on delivering innovative software solutions that cost effectively solve local compliance problems.

Elon joined the board in 1999 and was Director, Strategy and Business Development, with a principal role in the management of key vendor/customer relationships and strategic marketing, until his departure in 2009. As a non-executive Director, Unique World continues to leverage Elon’s significant information technology sales and marketing experience in ongoing strategic marketing initiatives.

Peter H Wise DiplD

Non-executive Director
Peter Wise is Chairman of Tag Pacific Limited. Tag Pacific Limited is an investment company listed on the ASX and NZX with active interests in a number of sectors including technology, healthcare information systems, building componentry, power systems and generators. In addition to current directorships within the Tag Group, Peter has been actively involved in a wide range of Australian and New Zealand industries and business sectors for over 30 years. Peter Wise is a director of ASX listed IBA Health Limited and has been a director of the Unique World Group since May 2001.

John Marinos

Company Secretary
John joined Unique World as its Chief Financial Officer in July 2001 and now performs the dual role of Company Secretary sitting on the Unique World board. John helps to guide Unique World's financial decisions when it comes to both operational and strategic development.

Previous to his work with Unique World, having graduated with both a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Tax Law, John commenced his professional career working with firms such as Ernst & Young and has extensive corporate experience providing tax and advice to international companies within the IT industry.
